Ralph Hermann is a lecturer for corporate communication as part of the Executive MBA program at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ) and for brand positioning as part of the Executive MBA program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Lucas Hermann started working for Heads in mid-2018. In addition to his law studies at the University of Zurich, he organizes the administration of the agency and supports the consulting team.

Noah Baumann
Junior Graphic Designer

Noah Baumann began his training as a graphic designer at Heads in mid-2019. He is a very talented designer and already a valuable team member at Heads. In addition to training-related work, he is involved in many customer projects where he can demonstrate his creativity and understanding of design tasks in the area of corporate design.

Dominique Kaiser

Dominique Kaiser began her training as a graphic designer at Heads in mid-2020. From a pool of 70 applicants, she impressed the agency with a portfolio that allowed the viewer to truly experience her exceptional talents in the area of drawing and illustration. Her friendly demeanor and great deal of interest in all aspects of design make her an asset to the company.

Olivier Müller
Board of Directors
Olivier Müller has been a member of the Heads Board of Directors since 2021. He holds a Master’s degree from ETH Zurich (in Production Engineering) and from Brunel University London (in Advanced Manufacturing Systems). He also completed the “Executive Program Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law” of the Swiss Finance Institute. Previously working as a management consultant at Accenture, as a team leader in Credit Suisse’s SME corporate banking and as a brand consultant at a Swiss branding agency, he now works as “Market Area Head Winterthur/Zurich North” at Credit Suisse and is a proven expert on the needs of Swiss companies and SMEs in particular.
