Ralph Hermann is a lecturer for corporate communication as part of the Executive MBA program at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration (HWZ) and for strategic communication in SMEs as part of CAS Strategic Communication at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU).

On November 1st, Heads strengthens itself with an experienced Senior Brand Consultant. After years of managing corporate brand and communication on the client side and experience as a senior consultant in project management on the agency side, she is well equipped for the demanding branding tasks of our clients. Lucas Hermann started working for Heads in mid-2018. In addition to his law studies at the University of Zurich, he organizes the administration of the agency and supports the consulting team.

Vanessa Schütz began her training as a graphic designer at Heads in mid-2016. From a pool of 70 applicants, she impressed the agency with a portfolio that allowed the viewer to truly experience her exceptional talents in the area of drawing and illustration. Martin P. Everts has been a member and Vice President of the Heads Board of Directors since 2014. He studied Economics at the University of St. Gallen and completed his doctorate at the University of Bern. As Chief Economist at Axpo Holding AG and former Heads client, he evaluates and advises the company from the most important perspective – the client’s perspective. With his strategic expertise and a keen sense for market trends, he is an important pillar for the agency’s management.

Thomas A. Biland

Thomas A. Biland has been an active and valuable Head of the Board of Directors for the agency since 2010. He completed his studies in Marketing at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a doctoral thesis on the role of administrative boards in strategic corporate management. He is the owner of the Dr. Thomas A. Biland Executive Search firm and the personnel consulting company da professionals. Thanks to his many years of experience in international management positions, his proven expertise in the area of executive searching, consulting and coaching, and his unique ability to gauge both people and trends, he serves as a prudent and proactive advisor and guide for Heads.
