Challenge: JTI Switzerland decided to update its employee magazine based on the new international JTI guidelines that were created as part of a global corporate design initiative.
Solution: Heads designed and produced the Swiss edition of the JTI magazine exactly in accordance with the new international guidelines. The images used and the layout allowed the magazine to maintain its regional character in spite of the global guidelines.
Result: JTI Switzerland’s management is still able to address their employees in a personal and effective way with a regional focus. The new layout was received positively by employees at all levels – from management to administration all the way to the production team.
