Challenge: Zumikon became a single municipality in August 2014. For this reason, the municipality decided to unify its brand image. The aim is for the school system and local administration to communicate under one brand in the future.
Solution: The agency developed a design concept that increased efficiency and reduced costs in its implementation. Heads Creative Director Marco Simonetti: “The municipality’s flag was an important source of inspiration for us when we were developing the basis for the corporate design. It is related to the insignia of the Apostle Peter – the keys of heaven. Not a bad symbol for a municipality with such a high standard of living and quality of work.”
Result: Despite being simplified through standardization, the new corporate design offers enough creative freedom to meet the very different communication needs of the local administration and the school system.
