80 publications in 90 days

Challenge: When Nordostschweizerische Kraftwerke AG (NOK) changed its name to Axpo AG, more than 80 NOK publications needed to be updated with the new Axpo design. We only had 90 days to complete this task.

Solution: Before updating the publications, Heads developed a coherent literature concept that satisfied the requirements of all the different Axpo divisions and worked for all publication levels. The time needed to develop the literature concept was compensated for by the resulting efficiency with which the brochures could be updated.

Result: The more than 80 publications were printed and available in less than 90 days. And for the future, Axpo AG has a literature concept that accelerates the creation of new brochures while simultaneously cutting costs.
